PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SKYNS.IO. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.

1. General Provisions

1.1. About the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Wollomi Digital OÜ, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, operating the platform available at skyns.io ("Platform", "Skyns.io", "we", "us").

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all features, functionality, content, and services offered through it.

1.2. Related Documents

These Terms are supplemented by the following documents, which form an integral part of this Agreement:

  • Privacy Policy — governs the collection, processing, and protection of personal data
  • Cookie Policy — governs the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Refund Policy — governs refund and dispute procedures

In case of conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.3. Amendments

Wollomi Digital OÜ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a platform notification or email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2.2. Steam Account

To access the Platform's trading and marketplace features, you must hold a valid Steam account in good standing. Your Steam account must not be limited, banned, or otherwise restricted by Valve Corporation.

2.3. Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where the use of such services is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.4. One Account Policy

Each user may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bans, limits, or promotions is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration

Account registration is performed via Steam OpenID authentication. By logging in, you authorize Skyns.io to access your Steam profile data, trade URL, and inventory information as necessary for the provision of the Service.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must:

  • Enable Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator on your Steam account
  • Not share your account credentials or access with third parties
  • Notify us immediately at info@skyns.io if you suspect unauthorized access

Skyns.io shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.3. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms
  • We detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on your account
  • You initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
  • You engage in any activity that may cause harm to other users or the Platform

In the event of a chargeback dispute, your account may be blocked and retained for a period of 180 days from your last purchase.

3.4. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@skyns.io. Upon deletion, this Agreement is terminated and you will not be able to use the Service until re-registration. Outstanding balances, ongoing trades, or pending disputes must be resolved before account deletion can be completed.

4. Marketplace and Trading

4.1. Nature of Items

Skyns.io facilitates the purchase and sale of CS2 in-game inventory items, including weapon skins, knives, gloves, stickers, cases, and other items available in Counter-Strike 2. These items are virtual goods owned by Valve Corporation. Skyns.io does not claim ownership over any such items.

All item prices are denominated in the currency displayed on the Platform. Prices are subject to change and are determined by market conditions.

4.2. Requirements to Trade

To list, buy, or sell items on the Platform, you must:

  • Have a registered and verified account on Skyns.io
  • Have Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator active for at least 7 days
  • Have provided a valid Steam Trade URL in your account settings
  • Have a sufficient balance or items available for the transaction
  • Accept all applicable terms and policies

4.3. Listing Items for Sale

When you list an item for sale, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the item and that it is not subject to any trade lock, ban, or other restriction. Items subject to a Steam trade lock may be listed but will only be transferable once the lock expires. Additional charges may apply for trade-locked items.

4.4. Purchasing Items

When you purchase an item, you agree to complete the transaction and accept the trade offer sent by the Platform within the timeframe specified. Failure to accept a trade offer within the allotted time may result in the cancellation of the transaction and potential account restrictions.

4.5. Pricing and Fees

Skyns.io reserves the right to apply additional charges for items with rare attributes such as exceptional float values, rare patterns, or high-value stickers, where such attributes materially affect market value.

4.6. Item Condition and Descriptions

Item descriptions, float values, and condition ratings are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, Skyns.io does not guarantee the completeness or precision of item data. Any discrepancies between listed and actual item conditions should be reported to our support team immediately.

4.7. Failed and Declined Trades

Trades may fail due to Steam service interruptions, trade holds, incorrect trade URLs, or other technical issues outside our control. In such cases, items and funds are returned to the respective parties. Skyns.io shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by Steam infrastructure or Valve Corporation.

5. Payments, Balance, and Withdrawals

5.1. Depositing Funds

You may top up your Platform balance using payment methods made available on the Platform. All payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. Skyns.io does not store payment card data. A platform commission of 5% is applied to all deposits. This commission enables Skyns.io to offer competitive, transparent pricing without embedding a margin into individual item prices. The commission amount will be clearly displayed prior to confirming any deposit.

5.2. Currency and Conversion

Transactions on the Platform are conducted in the currency displayed. If your payment account is denominated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the time of payment using your bank's or payment provider's exchange rate. Skyns.io is not responsible for exchange rates or conversion fees applied by third-party payment institutions.

5.3. Withdrawals

Skyns.io facilitates withdrawals through a platform buyback mechanism. To initiate a withdrawal, a User places a sell order on one or more items in their inventory. The Platform then conducts an automated market analysis, collecting current pricing data from multiple third-party sources, and presents the User with a quoted offer reflecting fair market value. The User may accept or decline this offer at their sole discretion. If accepted, the corresponding funds are credited to the User’s withdrawable balance. The User may use this balance to purchase other items on the Platform or withdraw it to a linked card or bank account.

A platform commission of 5% is applied to all withdrawal transactions. This commission is deducted from the proceeds of each accepted sell order and is clearly disclosed to the User prior to confirming the transaction. This structure enables Skyns.io to offer transparent, competitive item pricing without embedding hidden margins into individual listings.

For the avoidance of doubt and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, only funds credited to a User’s balance as proceeds from the sale of in-game items through the Platform’s buyback mechanism are eligible for withdrawal to a card or bank account. Funds that were deposited via a card or other payment method may be used to purchase items on the Platform but are not eligible for cash withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified on the Platform. Skyns.io reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Due to STEAM platform mechanics the funds are available for withdrawal after cooldown period of 7 days has elapced in order to ensure no friendly fraud is conducted by cancelling the sale after funds have been withdrawn or spent.

5.4. AML and KYC Compliance

To ensure a secure environment and comply with applicable laws and regulations, including EU anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT) requirements, Skyns.io may conduct identity verification procedures. You agree to provide accurate identification documents when requested. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account termination.

5.5. Chargebacks

Users have the right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through their payment provider or bank if they believe a charge was unauthorized or a service was not delivered as described. We respect your right to dispute charges and will cooperate fully with your payment provider during any investigation.

If you wish to dispute a charge, we encourage you to contact us first at support@skyns.io so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly and promptly. In the event a chargeback is initiated, your account may be temporarily suspended pending resolution of the dispute. Once the dispute is resolved, your account will be reinstated accordingly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following:

  • Engaging in fraud, scamming, or deceptive practices against other users or Skyns.io
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or manipulate the Platform without our written consent
  • Attempting to manipulate item prices or exploit pricing errors
  • Creating fake listings or conducting fictitious transactions
  • Impersonating Skyns.io staff, bots, or other users
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's systems
  • Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
  • Selling accounts, items obtained through unauthorized means, or items linked to fraud
  • Violating Valve Corporation’s Steam Subscriber Agreement or CS2 Terms of Service
  • Circumventing account bans by registering new accounts

Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Platform Content

All content on Skyns.io, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design elements, is the property of Wollomi Digital OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

7.2. CS2 Items

Counter-Strike 2 in-game items are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation. Skyns.io is an independent third-party platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

7.3. User Content

If you submit any content to the Platform (such as reviews or feedback), you grant Wollomi Digital OÜ a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for Platform-related purposes. You confirm that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1. Service Provided “As Is”

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.

8.2. No Liability for Third-Party Services

Skyns.io is not responsible for the actions, policies, or service availability of Valve Corporation, Steam, or any payment service provider. Item availability, trade processing, and related functionality depend on Steam infrastructure which is outside our control.

8.3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wollomi Digital OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Skyns.io in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wollomi Digital OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Transaction Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a specific transaction, you must contact our support team at info@skyns.io within 14 days of the transaction date. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with any supporting evidence. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9.2. Refunds

Users have the right to request a refund for any purchase made on the Platform. To submit a refund request, please contact our support team at support@skyns.io with your order details. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia.

9.4. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the rights granted to you under applicable EU consumer protection laws, which shall not be limited by these Terms.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Estonian data protection law.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Skyns.io has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. We do not endorse or make any representation regarding such sites. Your access to and use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Platform Availability and Modifications

Wollomi Digital OÜ reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice
  • Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
  • Introduce, modify, or remove features, fees, and functionality
  • Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Platform

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes. Skyns.io shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or inconvenience arising from Platform modifications or interruptions.

13. Licence to Use the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Wollomi Digital OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

  • Sublicense, sell, or transfer your access to the Platform
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of Platform content or software
  • Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our express written consent
  • Access the Platform by automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) without authorization

This licence automatically terminates if you breach these Terms or if we suspend or terminate your access.

14. General Legal Provisions

14.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wollomi Digital OÜ with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3. No Waiver

Failure by Skyns.io to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision at any future time.

14.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

14.5. Force Majeure

Skyns.io shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to Steam infrastructure failures, acts of God, cyberattacks, internet outages, government actions, or other events of force majeure.
