REFUND POLICY

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase or transaction on Skyns.io. This document is a supplement to the Skyns.io Terms and Conditions and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Wollomi Digital OÜ. By making a purchase or transaction on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to the following transaction types on Skyns.io:
- Deposits and top-ups of Platform balance using a payment method of users choice
- Purchases of CS2 in-game items (weapon skins, knives, gloves, stickers, cases, and other inventory items) on the Platform
- Service fees and commissions charged by the Platform
2. Refunds on Balance Deposits
2.1. General Right to Refund
You have the right to request a refund of a balance deposit (top-up) made via bank card, e-wallet, or other supported payment method, provided that the deposited funds have not been spent or used for any transaction on the Platform at the time of the refund request.
2.2. Refund Request Period
Refund requests for balance deposits must be submitted within 14 days from the date of the original transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
2.3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund on a balance deposit, please contact our support team at info@skyns.io and provide:
- Your Skyns.io account username or Steam ID
- The transaction ID or reference number
- The amount and date of the transaction
- The reason for the refund request (optional)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
2.4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit. If a refund to the original payment method is not technically possible (for example, due to card expiry or account closure), the refund amount will be credited to your Skyns.io Platform balance.
3. Refunds on Item Purchases
3.1. Nature of Virtual Items
CS2 in-game inventory items (weapon skins, knives, gloves, stickers, cases, etc.) are virtual goods. Upon successful transfer of an item to your Steam inventory, the transaction is considered completed. As a general rule, completed item transactions are not subject to reversal, as the digital content has been delivered.
3.2. Non-Delivery
If you have purchased an item and it has not been delivered to your Steam inventory within a reasonable timeframe due to a technical issue on the part of Skyns.io, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount. Please note that the following situations do not constitute non-delivery:
- An item subject to a Steam trade lock — trade-locked items will be delivered automatically once the lock expires
- Delays caused by Steam infrastructure, Valve Corporation servers, or third-party trade confirmation systems
- Cases where you have not accepted the trade offer within the allotted time
3.3. Requesting a Refund for Non-Delivery
If your item has not been delivered and you believe the issue is attributable to Skyns.io, please contact us at info@skyns.io within 14 days of the transaction, providing your transaction details. We will investigate and, upon confirmation of non-delivery, process a full refund to your Platform balance or original payment method.
If you have not received your item or received it in incomplete form due to a platform error, please contact support immediately. Do not accept any additional trade offers until the issue is resolved, as accepting a trade may be considered confirmation of delivery.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You have the right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider if you believe a charge was unauthorized or a service was not delivered. We respect your right to dispute charges and will cooperate fully with your payment provider during any investigation.
If you wish to dispute a charge, we encourage you to contact us first at support@skyns.io so that we may attempt to resolve the issue directly and promptly, which is typically the fastest resolution path. In the event a formal chargeback is initiated, your account may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of the dispute. Once the dispute is resolved, your account status will be updated accordingly.
5. Refund Processing Times

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or jurisdiction. Skyns.io is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
6. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain all rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. These rights are not limited by this Refund Policy.
In particular, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for certain types of purchases. However, please note that under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (including virtual in-game items) once delivery has commenced with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.
For balance deposits that have not been used, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies, and you may request a full refund within this period without providing any reason.
7. Amendments to This Policy
Wollomi Digital OÜ reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via a platform notification or email. The updated policy will apply to transactions made after the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform following the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
